    • Detail what is included in the Bali package. This could cover accommodations, meals, transportation, activities, and any other services provided as part of the package.
  3. Package Exclusions:

    • Clearly state what is not included in the package. This might include additional meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, optional activities, etc.
  4. Payment Terms:

    • Outline the payment terms, including deposit requirements, installment options (if any), and the deadline for full payment. Specify accepted payment methods.
  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • Detail the cancellation policy, including any fees or penalties for cancellations made within a certain timeframe before the travel date. Also, specify the process for requesting cancellations and any refund procedures.
  6. Amendment Policy:

    • Describe the policy for making changes to the booking after it has been confirmed. This could include changes to travel dates, accommodations, or other components of the package.
  7. Travel Insurance:

    • Recommend or require that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
  8. Responsibilities of the Traveler:

    • Clearly outline the responsibilities of the traveler, such as ensuring they have the necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.), complying with local laws and customs, and behaving responsibly during the trip.

    • Entrance fees to museums, historical sites, and other attractions.
    • Optional activities or excursions (e.g., snorkeling, hiking, cultural experiences).

    • Dietary preferences and restrictions should be accommodated wherever possible.

1. In case of request for cancellation of reservation received 1200 or more days before the onward journey, 25% of the total package amount per person will be collected as cancellation charge.

2. In case of request for cancellation of reservation received 900 or more days before the onward journey, 35% of the total package amount per person will be collected as cancellation charge.
3. In case of request for cancellation of reservation received 600 days before the onward journey, 50% of the total package amount per person will be collected as cancellation charge.
4. In case of request for cancellation of reservation received 355 days before the onward journey, 75% of the total package amount per person will be collected as cancellation charge.
5. No refund is allowed if request for cancellation is received in less than 25 days before onward journey date.
6. For consideration of any reservation cancellation application, it must be supported by the advance payment receipt issued by our office and cancellation time computed accordingly. Parties outside Kolkataa may request for cancellation by letter or email. No telephonic request for cancellation of reservation is entertained.
7. Company holds no liability if parties fail to catch scheduled train/flight for their failure to turn up in time and also due to some last-minute timing change effected by the railways/airlines. In all such cases, parties are at liberty to join at any subsequent station. And for such events, parties will have to bear all ticket costs, hotel and transportation expenses, etc.
8. If the booking is made through the agency/tourism/government bodies, cancellation should be done through them only.
9. In case of cancellation of reservation due to political and natural calamities, money will be refunded after deduction of cancellation charges as decided by the management.
